The Sales end of Susan Goldy encompasses the selling and marketing of residential properties-estates, quality one family houses, legal II to IV family Houses, condominiums and cooperatives. The rental division handles a wide array of rentals, from units in rent-stabilized buildings, cooperatives and condominiums to multi-family private homes and entire house fro rent. Although primarily residential, Susan Goldy Real Estate also handles sales and rentals for commercial and professional space. The Relocation Division is a sophisticated department that enables customers and clients (plus their friends and family) to enjoy support services anywhere in the world. For those that are selling or buying, and moving from one locale to another, our relocation department is able to connect them with the finest realtors in their target areas. Our affiliation with The Leading Real estate Companies in the World enables our Relocation Division to offer excellent customized benefits to corporations and institutions handling their newly hired employees and their transferees. Perks such as home warrantees and moving discounts are also available for our clientele. Many of our agents have earned designations, enabling them to offer specialized service to segments of our buyers and sellers. Agents with the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) are trained to deal with the specific needs and style of seniors and their extended families. Susan Goldy holds the CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) and we have agents with an international background that are comfortable meeting the demands of international real estate.
