For over 35 years, Susan Goldy has been doing referral business with companies outside of Riverdale, many of which have merged, expanded or became franchises. Those companies, whether they are in Connecticut, California or Cancun, continue to refer buyers and sellers to the agency. The contact people from those companies, even if they have changed employers, continue to call Susan Goldy Real Estate. The formal membership to the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors(BMNAR) the New York State Association of Realtors(NYSAR) and the National Association of Realtors(NAR) by all the Susan Goldy Realtors provides its own industry-related network of real estate professionals that refer buyers and sellers. NAR is also the source for educational designations, professional standards (ethics, arbitration and mediation services between Realtors and for the public), It is through the local boards and NAR that listings are placed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor.com. Within NAR, there are global chapters of membership such as GRI, SRES. CIPS to which Susan E. Goldy, Inc. Realtors belong and those memberships often lead directly to referrals of buyers and sellers. Goldy, Inc. is a proud affiliate of the Leading Real estate Companies of the World (formerly RELO).This large network is comprised of the finest, independent companies in the world and has consistently ranked higher in sales than any existing franchise, anywhere! We are charter members of the Luxury Portfolio, the prestigious arm of the Leading Real Estate companies of the World that markets the most luxurious properties and offers distinctive services to that particular clientele. We are also members of the Metro New York Group, (within LRE) which is a regional membership for New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and serves over fifty well known companies that meet on a regular basis and actively refer buyers and sellers. Susan Goldy is a member of FIABCI (The International Real estate Federation). FIABCI operates chapters in 48 countries, embracing 3,400 regular members (individuals and companies), 20 academic members and 100 national associations that represent 1.5million real estate professionals. It is the oldest established international real estate organization and the only one that is entitled to hold a seat at the U.N. Since we are border Manhattan, there are many individual real estate companies that we also do business with, expanding the number of brokers, buyers and sellers doing business with our agency. Virtually every Realtor at Susan Goldy enjoys individual memberships to many of the local cultural, political, religious, educational or recreational organizations.
